Player Support is Unjust

My league of legends account was hacked on September 29th, 2016 and I have contacted support to recover my account back, I have provided them with all my transaction Ids and my first 10 champions, and location history, email attached to the account, yet this information is not enough? The person who has my account hasn't played a single game on it and is probably trying to sell the account for some money. I am the account creator and Player Support is not helping me in anyway, this is my last resort; Boards.

Did you miss the part when they said the information you gave them doesnt match. Something just seems off, and seems like we are missing a lot of information especially from you. Like why would their first reply to you be about creating an account?

I was once in the same situation where I had to proof that I'm the account creator. I didn't tell them my first 10 purchased champions and even my registration e-mail was wrong so they asked me if I recognize the e-mail (they gave it to me censored) but yea, a random temporary e-mail ^^' So I told them about my transfer on NA, the used usernames on EUW and NA and even the first summoner name I've used on EUW after creating my account and this was enough to proof the ownership.

I can't agree with you. I've always had a positive experience with the Riot Support even when I submitted obvious troll tickets (to mention one: Trading a picture of a Potato for Silver Kayle)-

Man.... I hope never get hacked, I don't remember my first 10 champions lol... That was back in season 2 I only remember I played a lot of Tristana and Mundo back then

Are you sure all the info you gave to support is associated with the account in question?

you got burnt.

having the transaction logs doesn't help you one lick if YOU did not create the account in the first place.

you do know they'd backtrace the original transactions made previous to your ownership of the account...It looks like you bought it and tried to scheme it back from Riot.
