Why do we not have these yet?

You prefer your type of players to look for

example:

Winning/serious or Fun/Good time Rowdy/Trash talking or Calm/Peace full Full blown try hard/ or a "filthy fucking casual"

then all you people who are here for "fun" and enjoy having feeders and losing can all lose together, while us try hards who only care about winning can blame each other for feeding. This divides the player base into the two main groups, people playing for fun and people playing to win. You can even make a third choice " I don't care/Doesn't matter" for people who don't care.

Almost every single argument I've seen or been in has had one person from each group, one person "feeds" then proclaims to be playing for fun, which even further pisses of the serious player, if these types of players never meet in a match then there's no argument that can happen.

Don't remove the rules, just enforce them more (Neg attitude/flaming) in casual games and turn down the system for the rowdy/serious Keep the racial and homophobic slurs part active, but for the serious group turn off the filters for trash talking/blaming

For the "fun" gamer make it like the PBE where its strict, If you set your preferences to fun, then go into a game flaming people over builds/"feeding" then your more likely to have something done, if not right after that game.

This change isn't no "majority rule" type of thing where (idk even know where from) the "community" has decided it goes against the rules. No you have made your choice, so when you enter the casual gamer zone, flamers SHOULD BE INSTA PUNISHED.

For the opposite, trolls in serious zone will be worse then trolls now cuz they have their targeted audiences in a group whose only goal is to win. Nothing can be said/done about that, you guys just have to keep perfecting your systems to be able to detect and distinguish blatant trolling (taking jungle camps/cs, not working as a team, not responding/using pings etc.) and people "having a bad game" (lets be honest, that excuse has long been used up), there's bad games and then there's trolling.

HELL, make it so EVERY report has a video and chat long sent in, and if the reportee false reported or was actually the person trolling/flaming then he/she should be punished.

Here's the Icing Rito: If players want to change preferences or change "zones" from the serious to the casual or vice versa YOU CAN CHARGE THEM RP!! YOU CAN MAKE MONEY OFF IT!! (but lets try to be the ever caring/merciful rito OK?)

Obviously first time is free and you get 2-3 "refunds" a.k.a re selections to choose a different zone or preference

Whats the draw backs?

no more spiteful reports just to get people banned No more people on the forums over "so ...last game I had this...." (we are all guilty at least once) No more people spending hundreds of dollars just to get perma banned from "a bad game" Community should become better (based off Lyte's logic and "the communities") since flamers/"toxic" players are the problem and not the trolls causing the "toxic" players Since less bans are being given out, less smurf accounts will be made to deal/avoid the bans of mains

b-b-b-b-b-b-BUT if we implement this system all the Riot Brown Nosers (who are surely to come posting and down voting) won't be able to lecture about human behavior and emotion over the boards to pissed off "toxic" players

Everyone should be allowed to be play league for "fun", and unless I'm winning the game isn't fun, So when other people want to have "fun" and go troll that ruins my "fun" and when my "fun" is ruined I'ma make sure their "fun" is ruined. In the system we have now nothing will ever change, but tbh Riot, you know the times ticking for when this teet is dry so your milking it for every penny NOW rather then later.
