You can't ban someone for being bad at the game.
He was probably being toxic because his team flamed him for doing poorly
I watched a 0/14/0 TF mid. I know for a fact he was not intentionally feeding. Why should he be punished? He was playing against a Plat smurf as a bronze 2.
i know you people love to defend them. but they should be taken out of ranked que for a while. until they play better. I've had bad games too. but this dude didnt care
