If you're saying things like that, that is why. Their behavior or performance is not a factor in whether or not you will be punished for your own.

You should've received an in-client reform card as well, which can have up to 3 chat logs while the email may only have 1. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and make sure your email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings. If you need it sent again after that, submit a Support Ticket.
