People who AFK in ranked matches.

Is it really fair that the people who truly just want to play ranked to try and climb the ladder have to lose a few of their games because one player on their team AFK'd? It's not right. Just punish that one player who AFK'd and leave everybody else how they are. Don't give them LP and don't deduct LP from them. I understand that people have to AFK for things like family emergencies and stuff like that. And that's ok. But for the people who AFK to go get a snack or beat their meat, they should be punished. I just won against a team with two leavers, sad part is they were winning Ill take free LP sure but not like this [zombie-nunu-tears]

I just lost my series and 36 lp even though I won a game I dc'ed in like 6 minutes before the game ended. We won. "fair"

I voted yes. I think it is not right nor fair especially in rank mode. To me rank is what I deem as the goal in the game and with the trolls and bad counter picks and afk it is stupid and hard to play. I have come to where I want to play rank because I am ready to see what I can bring to the table for the team but 1 or 2 bad games and you just lost 4 games worth. So I have backed off again. I get first time jg with never used champ and so on it makes me want to grab them thru the computer and shake them into reality. But I think what they need to have is a back out system with no penalties and have to explain why. Example would be - very toxic behavior, feeding as in 0-16, swearing or harassment by a person or a group. I could go on. Everyone has bad games and everyone shines at there time but it is a 5 vs 5 and until people get it right and not judge or blame the next lane, well it is what it is and it sucks. so yes to your vote.

As soon as you come with a system that can not be abused more than being helpful; i will then get on board. You are complaining without a solution and all past solutions have been proven to have way worse abuse cases.

This is never going to happen because people, especially premades and boosters, will take advantage of it. Not to mention you have a better chance of having an AFk against you than with you because only 4 members of your team can DC (since you won't) and 5 members of the other team could.
