SO I RECENTLY MADE A POST ABOUT GETTING A CHAT RESTRICTION, I NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ANYONE, THIS CHAT RESTRICTION WAS FOR 10 GAMES AND NO LOG WAS GIVEN. AFTER MAKING THE OTHER POST I LOGGED ONTO MY ACCOUNT AND THE RESTRICTION IS NOW 24 GAMES. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I DEMAND TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON, PEOPLE SHOULDNT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME ANYMORE IF ITS AT RISK DUE TO REPORT SPAMMING TROLLS. I NEED A MOD TO SEND ME A CHAT LOG WITH PROOF.
You should have received a reform card popup when you logged in, and one in your email. Make sure you are checking the correct email address associated with the account, and that it's not being sent to the spam folder.
If you need them to resend your reform card or talk about the restriction you can submit a Support Ticket. Forum moderators do not have the ability to do this; they are not Rioters.

Typing in all caps is annoying. Making multiple posts about the same situation is also annoying.
As everyone says, just send a ticket to Riot Support for your chat logs. Even if you claim that you never spoke anything in-game, it's not going to help at all, because all permabanned people says this as an excuse.
Best part about this is that you getting punished makes me want to spend money!

send a support ticket and they should give you a chat log, or i think they send an email too.
If you really want to know what's going on, your best bet is to talk with player support. If there was indeed a mistake, I'm sure Riot will be more than willing to fix it.
the only way that this could happen is while you were in a game under their pathetic chat restriction, you managed to spam the pre and post game lobby which caused another restriction.
