You use scripts, you get punished. It's an automated system that detects them, and I don't think a Rioter even sees any reports for scripting anymore other than to decide a punishment. And even that might be automated at this point. With the scripts uninstalled and removed, I would also recommend completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game, then go searching for any files that may be related to League of Legends and delete them before you reinstall, just to make sure no remnants of the scripting programs are anywhere in your game files. Even if you have nothing to activate them, if you get reported and it runs the check and sees that the files are there, you could get punished for it more. Also, because of how zero tolerance Riot has to be, there is absolutely nothing they can do. I would suggest just uninstall, delete all game files, reinstall and try again. I've been playing League for 7 years, and it's kept my attention (which no other game has ever kept my attention that long), so you know, I'd hate to see someone hate the company and stop playing due to something completely out of their control.
And it doesn't matter if you changed accounts or not, the game files are not account specific, but global across your computer. As such, if you have ever had scripts on your computer and didn't completely reinstall the game and make sure the files were clear of anything that could be flagged as scripts, you can get flagged by the system, even with nothing to activate them.
You shouldn't be downloading addons/programs/etc that mess with league. I'm fairly certain that's why you were getting flagged by the system as scripts.
you used elobuddy at your own risk.
