Why you shouldnt be a douche in-game

A game I just played like 5 minutes ago, there was this Lee Sin that was extremely salty towards his own team and my team. We wound up reporting him, and he was tlaking smack on how we were all bad and that his team was the only reason he lost. Then this happened. First ever encounter that I faced of Riot banning a person when I reported them.
