Got bambes after getting honor back

This Is actually ridiculous that I have to come to NA boards to get help or even have my case looked up, since euw ticket support doesn't work for the last days in any computer I use. So I was just playing and got a member o my team witch all the team talked bad of cause the guy inted and trolled on porpuse, even so that I talked rough not offensive or flaming just answering back I got reported the most funny thing about this is that when this game ended my honor got back cause I ve been trying not to tilt or flame so has a payment of my improvement I had honor back to my account. The funny thing not even 2 min Agee I was in champion select when I get 14 days suspension from that same game witch me and my teammates where trolled. I don't get how u judge but that doesn't make sense that in the same period of time u congratulate me an give honor back and get reported for 14 days . I only had 25 games chat restrict and 2 punishment I get is 14 days of suspension ?!? Not 1 day 14 ? I hope finally I get any answer back from riot games since I've talked troughs every possible way I could even having to Come to na boards to be listened to

Considering you're not from NA servers it might be explained, especially if you're from Spain/France etc and English is your second language. So for easier reading (in all honesty, this gave me a headache) I've corrected this post, spelling errors and grammatical errors should be better. Quoted version is fixed :)

Edit: two things.

First, please refrain from making multiples of the same post, I ran across your other one, you can get posts removed as a result, and nobody wants that.

Second, going to upvote this, so hopefully it will get your attention, and if nothing else, at least you can talk to support. I don't know the full story, but some kind of resolution is better than nothing.

You already had two punishments?! Then of course you get a 14 days ban. I got a 14 days ban as my FIRST punishment.

Yeah its ridiculous, you're well behaved enough to get honor, but toxic enough to get punished.

They ought to link the two systems instead of half assing it as they always do.

Damn... you blew it. You were on the right track, Riot was ready to give you your honor back, and the very same game that would have earned you your honor, you got trolled and broke the rules. I don't know why you're trying to deflect onto Riot, as if they've done anything wrong to you, it was you who messed up. Right as you were eligible for honor again, you go and break the rules and actually got reported for it. Next time, don't use chat for anything negative. I doubt you helped anything by telling this troll/inter anything. So why do it? Especially after you've already been through chat bans.

I suggest you do a little research on the rules and punishment tier system. After a 25 game chat restrict, you move up to 14 day ban. Next is a permaban! So steer clear of chat unless you're saying something completely neutral, or positive.
