Challenger Teir Toxic Player, Idea's, for better player reform. (By: Cas the Grizzly"Banned Account"

Hello League of legends community of Banned players. Welcome to my Guide for self healing and possible change in league of legends.

First off, I have an idea for the reporting options in the game.

First paragraph, Generally everyone that gets a perma-ban' just starts a new account, many players just have smurf' accounts, I have one big concern with this situation in regards to the System in general.

If the goal is to indeed to reform players in to better people, why is the disciplinary measures to extreme? "I mean, you don't slap a kids hand for doing something bad over and over again, and you don't leave the child in the supervision of a robot for hours on end." There needs to be Human interaction in Human reform, and automated messages send off via carrier pigeon will do nothing but enrage an already disgruntled player, Generally, a disgruntled player does need to have a sense of fear of losing their account, and a sense of pride in keeping it. and in my experience, I find riot does a-lot of warning and general wrist slapping but not enough rewarding. Which screams "Rito Reform!" If you want the players to become reformed you need to let go of the dictator ship ways and change with the player, for the player, so that more players will continue to remain happy through the experience, there for be more willing to continue their journey to LCS Stardom, and give you their money along the way.

Instead of the Baseball Jargon of "3-strikes". How about you implement a swear-word and troll phrases system that counts the amount of things said in a game before taking judgment , if the system see's a percentage decrease in the players toxicity, how about praising them for their restraint and inform them that because their lack of prior toxicity that the system would give them grace time, if it continues in the trend they are on, it will then take them out of the system via a perma ban.

**What Riot should implement is an in-game Reporting system, round table style. Where all 10 players decide on weather they should report a toxic player in the game. via a 10 man reporting system with a yes, no, or Abstain option in the game. Much like the Current Surrender at 20 option, but make it available at any time between starting lobby and end lobby, as well as in-game.

This would make it fair to the player and also relieve some of Ritos' support ticket time. having that extra time to reflect on good & Bad choices made in the game, noticing the players efforts in muting another toxic player instead of lashing out via this Word and phrase counting system that is keeping track of the things said in a match, that's been reported, taking everything in to account, as well as implementing a system where-as if one person is reported in a match, everyone has their words counted, even if that someone is doing the reporting, if they had conducted them selves in a toxic manner, the system would pick up on this and punish the person doing the reporting, as to avoid the system being flooded with massive amounts of reports.

I post the website in the link on this page as a self help tool for those currently struggling with the current flawed rito' system, and would like some tips and assistance in becoming a better person in-game, and in-real life, to help cope with this increasingly stressful nuclear scared world; I also posted it in hopes that Riot Developers, and Programmers a like take time out of their busy lives for some self help them selves, to better assist them in learning the human Psych, to better craft a player reform system that could effectively change many peoples real life lives, for the better in "theory".
