Is it just me or?

Are all the people who have been boosted and the booster at the time stated so; you can also look to see if someone is boosted via their game histories and or likely their summoners spells being adjusted to D for Flash or F for Flash, etcs.

I even at one point had someone on my friend list buy boosting on their account... Yet they haven't gotten reported; I reported the person on my FL and deleted them. Their na.op.gg still indicates they're still very much active... Really?
