Singed Support is Innocent

Everybody is saying that Singed deserves to be banned for "not communicating with his team" and not building sight stone, not being there for the adc, and taking his jungler's jungle camps. This is not actually what happens. If any of you idiots cared to inform yourselves the singed player shouldn't be banned. He actually clearly tells his team in chat before the game starts what he plans on doing. People may disagree with it, but if he climbed his way all the way to platinum with it, he obviously isn't bronze and I would trust that he can do something with it. If he should be banned for "not supporting" or negatively affecting his team. Then how come he has a good win rate? The jungle camps he takes are the ENEMY team's. Putting the enemy jungler behind and giving his a lead. The role of support does not technically have to JUST support the bot lane. Even so, by putting the enemy jungler behind he indirectly supports his bot lane. By putting the enemy jungler behind he indirectly makes his bot lane less likely to be ganked as well as all the other lanes. Any jungle camps he DOES take from his own jungle, are most likely camps he knows his jungler won't take until they have respawned. Lets say the jungler on the singed's team is ganking top, and singed takes the krugs near bottom lane. There should be nothing wrong with this as the krugs will have respawned by the time the jungler comes there. Besides, you don't have to buy a sight stone to be a support like people are saying. It's dumb how everyone is losing their minds over this. Singed DOES support his adc indirectly, and also directly. After invading he will of course rejoin his team or bot lane to help. This is a legitiment strategy that got him to plat with a good win rate. If you say it's impacting his teamates in a negative way, then how come he wins more games than he loses? After all, he is the only player that is in EVERY single one of those games. So if improving your team's chances of winning by playing an off meta tactic that has a good win rate for you is "banable", then you might want to rethink what qualifies as banable.

Since when does win rate equate to positive playing experience? What if I were playing the adc that he abandons in bot lane? Am I suppose to like the 1v2 situation I was forced into?

Everyone else could be doing great and the game in our favor, but if I'm under-farmed and under leveled because the enemy was able to take advantage of the 1v2 I'm not exactly having fun.
