Riven Q bug, Wall Hopping

The link above shows the bug in game. With Riven's 3rd use of her Q ability she can leap over thin walls, but if you are mousing over a target it doesn't work. You can wall hop perfectly fine when mousing over the side of the wall and pressing the 3rd Q, but if your mouse is over an enemy that you want to attack and you press Q then you will leap in place, instead of hopping the wall.
