Banned few months ago
Hey, just was wondering if i can start playing on a new acc and somehow show that i am reformed.. and not toxic anymore? And just maybe deserve to be unbanned or to shorten my ban?

If an account is permabanned, you're welcome to create a new account. However, once an account is permabanned for behavioral reasons, unless the ban was placed in error, the account is never unbanned. If you are reformed on your new account, you simply will not be punished on the new account - there is no way to get back your old account or any of the content that you had on it.
You can make a new account, but permanently banned accounts are never unbanned, nor does Riot offer to shorten the ban duration. Exceptions would be if the ban was issued by mistake.
