Ranked promotion bug

Hello guys, I am player in silver elo. This is not rift bug, but i put this discussion here cuz i beleve this is a bug. I have finally gotten into promotion to gold, from silver but something wierd happened. I entered in promo and lost 1st game. I played second game, but I lost internet connection and i lost (left) second game. That way, if i win next 3 games, i would be promoted, but... i played 3rd game, won, and it showed my LP status and i saw this: +21 LP (83 LP) and i was not in promotion anymore, + i got afk for 5 games. Then i played 4th promo game: AND THEN SOMEHOW I ENTERED TO NEW 5 PROMO GAMES. Can anyone help me solve this and explain me is this a bug or what. I won a game again (1st promo game) but with that game, ive finished my 5 promo games, i won 3, lost 2. I should be in gold V, but im still stuck in promo. HELP.

I believe that when you go afk, you are automatically taken out of promos. However, since you won after you were taken out, you gained enough LP (since you were at 83, the least amount you needed to gain was 17), and are now back in promos. Hope this helped!
