I really dont get this weird concept of Riot team trying to turn the community to flaming herd. I was chat restricted 1 month ago for flaming i got 5 games ban etc.. i reformed in a week i got like dozens honor in the next week so how did Riot give me as a gift of reforming how did they make me feel good ? I got my 4 chests in a streak of S+ games win .. I opened my first 2 chests piece of cake .. I got a skin to a champ i don't play with. I got a champ i already own. that pisses me off but iam better person reformed totally now... Now i have won like 20 or 30 freaking games xD over 15 of them S or S+ or so Not a single key frag i play with my mates full premade team and easy win .. and none of us has won a key fragment so i don't get it .. First i spend a week reforming with the message of you can't win a thing before you reform poping every game .. and i didn't know how long left ... i turned to sarcastic player in order to prevent people from flaming each other and me cause they are turbulent as hell as 60% of league community... and in the name of this i get 1 champ i own 1 skin for champ i don't own, a weird luck key dropping system .. and no key fragments for a week ? even ranked victory with good score doesn't give me a kiss... i don't even know why did i bother reforming.

I know people might down vote this thinking am complaining about my self .. not really am complaining about this system.. i know riot wants money to run .. but Gating boxes for season and week np .. and Forcing players to be sarcastic positive bags even with shitty players running their mouth all day and they still don't get banned till rarely one did .. np ... Gating what u get in box .. in a weird ugly way that you can get what you already own or what you already don't NP ... but gating the only way to open your gift for being positive human being and connecting it with LUCk now that's ##IT as hell .. really If you check 2015-2016 online statics for online games league was 29% ahead of any game .. now it's 19% i think or 20 dota 2 gained almost 9-10% of the community of league idk it just gained .. in past 2 month .. so please riot stop pushing your players away i hate to be one of them i love this game so much .

seriously you complain because riot gives you a way to get free skins and champs and you dont get the champ/key what you want? cant be more ungrateful.

People seriously do not understand how this hextech works. The shards you get can be from anything that is available in the store, as well as legacy skins (champions and skins) This means you will get champions and skins shards you might already own. But that isnt the point. With the content you own (or dont want to own) you can use it to either disenchant to get champion or skin essence, or trading in 3 champion or skin shards to unlock one random champion or skin you do not own. Its never suppose to be something where you will always get something you want to own, or else what would be the point? just buy it from the store.

go read up why you aren;t getting keys.

Also, some people have said that if you are partying with people currently being punished for toxicity, you can't earn loot. There has been no confirmation in this statement, so believe what you wish.
