I got chat restricted before this even released with a month but that's not the problem. the problem is the game that i got chat restricted in i was in good mood and i was playing veigar and vs 2 premades Yauso and Lissandra kept making fun of me for absolutely no reason.

They was like you suck and lissandra says get skill farmer and i lost my temper and even started dying in game like got 0/3 then i started getting kills my R dealt massive damage on AP lissandra , one of my team was trying to kill lissandra and he was dying horribly i hitted R and got her he started saying report veigar Ksing kills so him and the 2 premades started flaming me so i got really angry and started saying words like (F#ck you ) etc .. nothing big but just that .. they basically like baited me to flame and pushed me to it .. after the game i got reported by 3 and i reported the 3 .. what happened is me getting 5 games chat restriction or 10 i can't remember and they getting nothing and even sending me chat messages saying i suck .. i finished my ban in 2 days then i kept getting honorable opponent and team work and friendly for basically 2 weeks now in ranked and normal ..

and when the new system got released i got like 7-10 games almost like a streak of S or -S and every time i get this annoying blood boiling message that i can't earn stupid chest due to my Past behavior .. what is even more annoying my english is some what weak .. i though discard was meaning of earn skin .. so when i got my free skin from the box it was night hunter rengar .. i discarded it into orange essence instead of making it permanent so am totally screwed even planning to give my account to any one and quit or just go ruin alot of ranked games to get self satisfactions that i earned my true rights from the annoying riot i just feel like this system is to force who used to flame and got punished to return to flaming and get really really bad .. i saw alot of people on board saying about creating new accounts and leveling it to 30 to ruin ranked games for other to show riot how they thank them for the (Reform) and i don't understand why making such thing as reforming while i already grinded my own punishment and even played 2 weeks after it and i got banned for no absolute right i didn't flame on my own .. but it's stupid .. and more stupid i get dozens of honor in ranked and i still not reformed and can't know how long left .. and iam confused and stressed and pissed .. like really thank's riot for making this game just a reason for me to quit me and i hope thousands others ..

The rewards are supposed to be actual rewards, not just a feature of your account. If you keep playing and prove that you're not toxic anymore, eventually you'll start earning them again.

Also when i sent a ticket to the support they responded after 39 hour i was talking about my chat restriction how long left and about my rengar skin if i can retrieve it cause my english was weak.

Now after basically not just 39 hours but 2 days i get this respond Hello RvD,

Yes i know i get system prompt but didn't i state my english is weak.. but it's okay i don't mind this i can afford to buy skins np..But really the support don't know when i will get reformed and responded with obvious thing that i got better .. i know i got better i don't flame normally i flame when others start flaming and insulting me .. am not a flamer on my own .. and am very positive .. but what about my reforming ..

Ye am already proving this since 1 month now Honorable opponents and friendly and team work .. this doesn't prove reforming ? I want to see a Bar like my Rank Bar or my Champion level bar telling me how long or how much more needed for me to reform .. but i can't see any .. even the paid support team cannot know how long left .. this is so disrespectful making an incomplete system is a way to show disrespect to the community straight forwardly.
