Can I just play bot games to Honor 5?
I have about 400 unranked draft games and I'm Honor 4. I'm getting burnt out. I want to get Honor 5, but I've hit a really bad drought in honors lately. I'm playing decent, but the honors just aren't there.
Can I just farm bot games for it?
I had played quite a few bot games prior to the Urf patch. I'm currently honor 4. But I think I leveled up after playing some pvp games. I don't think I played any bot games between 3 and 4.
I dont think honor is something you can necessarily farm/grind. The old system wasn't who ever had the most honors from playing the most, it was whoever was consistently honorable.
Lets say summoner 1 gets honored once every game. So he has ten honors. Played 10 games Summoner 2 gets honored twice every game. Also has ten honors. Played 5 games.
Summoner 2 is more honorable.
You do earn honor in bot games.
For me, if I were going for honors, I'd play ARAM and be willing to trade champs. That gets honor votes quite regularly.
