So my day is going great! i just opened my personal store got underworld twisted fate and the winter skin for singed so i purchase 20$ in rp woohoo. I play my first game of the night goes pretty good ends in a win 2nd game i get the lane i wanted because last game i get erm auto fill.

Now hehe this is where things get a bit funky... I get into lobby we start banning i ban cait and in the last minute the guy declares cait and i mean i banned her and didn't see him pick her so i mean shit happens i'm just ignoring chat cuz i mean on the down-low i was looking at some flicks on the internet....

i go top give first blood.... ganked by their jungler 2 levels behind few minutes into the game it dawns on me our jungler never has been top and this is what got me banned i guess...

Now after game well still in game other team was saying don't worry we'll 9x him huh for 1 they have little info on what is going on so they just reported me for like no reason and for 2 the other 4 like 3 of em was premade started another game after that 1 and was in the lobby with the same guys...

so i mean yeah i called him a bitch and retard but if u wanna get all pg-13 n shit uhm their is a filter on the client...? Long story short i want my 20$ back... >:0 screw this game lol ima play my little pony adventure island they ain't as butt hurt as this game L

Am I correct in assuming that you have recently received a 14 day ban? It specifically warns you on your reform card that it is your last warning, and that your next punishment is a permanent ban.

You will not be getting your money back, as you agreed to the ToU (additionally, you paid for the RP, which you got. That transaction is finished)

There is nothing "pg-13" about expecting people to act and talk like adults, who do not usually insult other people for no reason.

The punishment was valid. Constant harassment to your team.

That being said, if this was after your 14 day suspension, then the next step up is a perma ban. If you didn't learn from the previous punishments after they got harsher, then that's your own fault.

If you bought RP then you can't and won't get that refunded. The transaction was to purchase the Riot Points. Once your account had been credited with the currency that was the end of the transaction. Just because you lost access to the account doesn't give you the right to get a refund.

If you've already had a 14 day suspension recently, anytime in the last 4-6 months or so, this would have been enough. Retard is considered hate speech. It's a slur against people with mental disabilities, and Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards it. If you've not had any prior suspensions, you may be able to contact Support via ticket and ask them to consider reducing the permaban to a 14 day suspension. They won't remove it entirely, but if you have a clean record, they may consider reducing it.

From what is presented here i think its mostly on the use of the R word and the back and fourth with the dude. Doesn't seem ban worthy to me but until riot stops catering to whiny babies (not allowing full chat logs) we can never accurately judge these things. This imo is just typical game trash talk that happens in every other online game and shouldn't be ban worthy but thats just me
