Should Riot Perma-BAN players who accuse or make fictious report towards another player?

Think about it, if players are getting perma ban for making false or unsure accusations. More people would enjoy the game, players would not be called " feeders, trollers, " which leads to verbal abuse. Doing so could also benefit RIOT reporting system because toxic players will be more cautios when making accusations that are not true.

Toxic players, cannot comprehend 3 things.

  1. It's just a game, learn to have fun not hate.
  2. If you cannot say nice things dont say it.
  3. They do not understand that players could be new or just bad overall at playing the game. But it does not make them a feeder.

Riot already barely bans people who actually do feed. Doubt they'd have time to ban people who just accuse others of feeding.

WELL WHAT CONSTITUTE FALSE REPORTING? IF I FEEL A PLAYER WAS FEEDING/TROLLING OR TOXIC AND I FEEL I NEED TO REPORT HIM/HER AND RIOT REVIEWS IT AND SEES IM JUST BEING OVER SENSITIVE AND DONT PUNISHED THE PLAYER I REPORTED THEN I SHOULD BE PUNISHED? THEY ALREADY DISMISSED REPORTS WHERE NO EVIDENCE IS FOUND AND DONT PUNISH UNLESS ITS JUSTIFIED TO SOME EXTENT. YOU SHOULD HAVE FEAR THAT IF YOUR REPORT IS FOUND TO BE BASELESS THAT YOU YOURSELF WOULD BE BANNED. THEN NO ONE WOULD REPORT.

Also you said " You feel " base on how you " feel " constitute a report that a player may be a feeder and deserves a report. So if a player was continue to loose to the enemy, would you not even set asside your " feeling" and consider that the new player may be new or perhaps just terrrible at game performance? Ohh let me guess. You just " feel " bc base on how you "feel " constitute a report.

Can someone please post the rules and offense said by RIOT. Btw your caps shows screaming, at a simplest point of discussion you could have lower the caps, but hey you want to show you are the bigger man right? So you "feel" the need of CAPS...
