Leaverbuster And Busplats

I understand that leaving a game is totally unfair for the other 9 players and that afk person must be punished. That's why we have the leaver buster system. But I've been forced to go afk in games due to bug splats that shut down league and then don't let me back on for some time. And i have NO control over bug splats, meaning i'm going to get a leaver buster penalty for something that is in no way my fault.

So is there any way to make leaver buster detect when a person leaves a game due to bug splats, Internet connection issues, or when someone just straight out leaves? If you can make it detect these things, then you can make it tell the rest of your team why you left the game. Instead of just "A summoner has disconnected" You could make it say:

"A summoner has had a bug splat!" ~For a bug splat.

"A summoner is having connection issues!" ~For connection issues.

"A summoner has left the game!" ~For someone just quitting the game for whatever reason.

So I'm not asking to completely pardon players that had a bug splat or had connection issues, just make it so it tells the rest of the players in the game the reason for the player going afk. This way your team might have mercy on you and might not report you if they know that you're having connection issues, or if you had a bug splat.

This is just a thought, and i do understand that an afk is an afk and an afk is always to be punished. But just take this into consideration. (if this is even possible :P )
