The reform system is surprisingly effective.

I was permabanned, and honestly for good reason, I ignored endless chat restrictions just because of poor temperament with unenjoyable players. Instead of muting, I fueled the flames, and it was far from a just or intelligent option. Honestly I was skeptical of getting banned for what I say, it's rather unreasonable right? Well, that's just foolish, gotta read them codes of conduct, but honestly, I wish I'd of had a better temper before losing my account. I don't want to play any cards, but mental illnesses make online chats ridiculous, and it hardly grants an excuse, if anything it gives you more reason to not let yourself get swept up in all the shit talking. Granted this is the sinner preaching his sin, but I just had to credit their system, I lost everything I had since starting in season two, that blows hard, it bums me out hard, but I rerolled another account, I enjoy this game, and instead of bothering with people's ignorance, I tend to use the mute button immensely anymore, and half the time keep my all chat off, because it really serves no purpose outside talking that needed smack. :P I don't really know why I made this, but I think Riot needs more credit for keeping the toxicity pretty well managed. I've actually gained a better temper from playing this game, which sounds absurd, but dealing with kids, that have no filter? That can test a person's "give a damn". Yeah, I wish I could play on my main again, but that's the only route that actually learnt me my lesson, haha. As pathetic as that is to say, eh, I'll enjoy rerolling, and hell, maybe I'll get just a smidge better at this from doing so? ;P Anyways, I suppose the only thing I wanna really make a point of is, it's really not worth it being toxic, I lost hundreds of skins, every champ in the game, and countless runes / maxed pages, and for what? Some smack talk that added nothing to my gaming experience? Yeah, it's really a silly reason to lose money folks, just keep that lid on!
