Braum build focus?

So is Braum, being the first true tank support, going to be a meta changing champ? When Thresh was introduced, teams started building around the powerful ranged tank, with a hook, and also, are you guys planning any other tank supports in the future? If Braum is as fun as his kit portrays, then more true tank supports would be fun, if not balancing, for bottom lane picks later on. For a certain team meta, that might or might not come out of the true tank support.
