Behavior Of players on nationality base ,family flamers ,and most disguisting people STILL PLAY !!!!

i am Croatian , and in EUNE we play with PL,CZ ,TURKEY , BALKAN PEOPLE MOST .... and we play with serbians ....., we have war in past and they was agressors on my country , today this kids are so bad, they parents raise them in style to hate us Croatians ... and in every second game i hear : so much flame , on nationality base , they attack my whole family with bad words , they mention killing us , bla bla.... is this normal ?!?!? ...your answer is MUTE them ! .... THEY ALREADY did that !!!!! .... I CANT STAND STILL ...i say in myself : ok he is stupid and go on ..., but in game he come near me and troll ..and just laugh ...., ping non stop ....., what is wrong with you ,why you dont ban this kids !??!?! i have some ideas for that kind of people .....

1. if he say in ALL chat ...that all of us 9 rest players are : IDIOTS , MORONS , DIE , CANCER ..BLA BLA..... ... why we dont ban him with VOTE ONLINE when game is on from current game and he get : all minus points from defeated team
2. people who feed disable ranked games , let him feed and learn on normals !!! you get for that our reports
3. why you allow that kids buy new champ , and they dont have much for lose , because they are in bronze V 0 lp ... AND THEY PLAY NEW CHAMP IN RANKED !? ... pls .... you can make ..at least LEVEL 3 MASTERED .... because i lost 2 games because nooob kids buy yasuo ...and play like idiots .....and answer was ....i cant play him but he is OP !?!?! hellou !!!! 4.people here are extremly bad behaviors ....., they talk about murders , they talk about raping family , what is in they head when they mention that i am just a meat and he will slice me with axe !? .... you should take more time to solve this ....i think if this persist ..... i will uninstall game ....and my frineds will , because this year ....i such a bad for play ...., too much new people ...who rage , who have serious brain problems ....., all they are spoiled .... AND PLS ... and you can reinstall banned accs of people who are banned year or more , maybe they make some progress in behavior ....., because much people spend so much time and money and you take im that because .... he have 20 bad games with people ...i WRITE YOU ABOUT !
