Hi .... Toxic players cant report ! simply as that !!!! ..if you are flamer , you cant report no one ......., your report click are disabled ! .... RIOT see that you say something with ****** and your report disabled , you can honor OK ! next .... people who have chat restriction ......CANT REPORT ! ..., and pls ! ... dont let people play in ranked games with champions they dont know to play ....so i have solution for that ..., at least level 3 mastery ....for ranked ...otherwise ...let they play normal ! ..... kids buy yasuo ....and they feed like hell , after that ..toxic players 100 % ....rage , YOU RUIN MY RANKED !!! MY PROMO BLA BLA...... ....HAHAHAAHHA ..... and for last : people who troll pick should get ban from team instantly ...,in pre game matchmaking ...., if he is SUPPORT ..and he troll with some champion and 4 of us think that this is troll .... 4 YES mean he is out ... and he get penalty time for ranked !!!!

if you make this happen ....i want some credits ........ ok !?

But wouldn't the people who are toxic both know they report system works and know some of the things to look for? Seems like they are fairly qualified to report people to me.

Also, there are plenty of characters that I am comfortable playing but don't have mastery 3 with yet, mostly because I learned them before the mastery system and now just play them every now and then to make sure I still have them down.

I would be livid if I was going for one of my counter picks and the game was like "sorry, your mastery is too low".

Being able to vite to kick people from lobbies would be so abusable it wouldn't be funny. People would be using it to kick people because they didn't get their role or don't want to play against a certain character. Little stuff like that.

And, as other people have said, your punctuation makes your post difficult to read.

This guy is clearly just a raging idiot. But i agree that toxic players should be unable to report until their account is in good standing.
