wrongfully suspended

Hello, my ign is six figures, and i play on the oce server. on sunday the 21st of august my internet had disconnected. at this time i was in game (5-6 minutes in) therfore i was unable to reconnect. it was only today that we were able to recieve internet again after talking to our internet provider spark. i have recieved an email saying that i have broken the rules and as a result my account has been suspended for 14 days. I am lost for words as i have never had a leaver buster on my account before (not even 5 minute q's) and have only experienced unable to reconnect or leaving a game twice ( the first i was unable to join the game therefore the team did a remake) and second i was unable to reconnect due to my internet problems which have hopefully now been fixed. i feel like if anything i should have been given a leaver buster before suspending my account and i feel like there has been some kind of mistake here. I can provide information about my internet issues if needed to prove that i did not leave any games intentionally.

Furthermore from research i have done, it was brought to my attention that it is possible to be suspended for 'mmr boosting'. i seriously hope that my account has not been mistaken for mmr boosting due to me climbing from silver 1 to gold 3 within 10-12 days. if you were to look into my account you would see it was all played from my computer with the same IP address and champions i have been playing all season. these are the two only logical explanations (mmr boosting and disconnection) that could have warranted a ban but neither i have committed or would ever plan on doing.

Would you please be able to investigate this as i have spent so much time and effort on my account and don't want to be wrongfully suspended as i have done nothing wrong. Thanks.
