Ridiculous account suspension

On Sunday, i was 4-5 minutes into a ranked game when my internet cut out. the next day (Monday) around pm i received an email saying that my account had been suspended (at the time i was on my phone using mobile data as my net was not yet back) this completely took me off guard and i was absolutely clueless to what i had done. The only valid reason i can come up is that it was from disconnecting from that game (completely unintentional). Previous to this, there was one time about 2 weeks ago when my PC crashed and i was unable to connect to a game (team then did a remake). these are the only two encounters i have had and i have never had a leaver buster on my account before, not even the 5 minute ones. Can anybody confirm if this is normal or what is going on?
