so i tried playing bot as adc for the first time since like season 3 or 4. and i was vs a plat 4 lucian i was silver 3 season 5. and i played i did die because im quite bad at bot. and then i asked my jungler for a gank since he flamed at me for just feeding and continued flaming but said he will never gank. then i got reported for being toxic and they told me to enjoy the game its for fun. i was trying to! but they all now flamed me! where can i make sure these 4 players get permaban for ruining my game and day? since i feel this was an assault towards me

You can't. They will not be punished unless they use hate speech or show consistent negativity in many more games to come. You can report them and then forget about them. That way they stop becoming an issue to you. I know how you feel man, wanting to serve justice and be heard, but at the same time don't let this eat at you. Just move on and focus on a new, more positive gaming experience.
