Permabanned, skipped 14 days ban
Apparently my trolling was so severe I deserved instant permaban. Note that this is my first permaban too.
I did the following prank for many ranked games: First I ask someone to pick Yuumi (I'm assigned support, they expect a trade), then they pick it and I just lock something totally random and let them keep Yuumi. Either they dodge or we end up playing the game, where I just do some suspicious stuff with poor runes/spells/items (looks like inting, but never did run it down tho). If you ask me, this is a rather clever and funny joke and I just did it when I felt bored with the game.
Probably I deserved a punishment, but why didn't it come any sooner? I executed this trolling method for months every now and then. Also why is it instant perma? Never have I typed any raciar slurs or death threaths, so I think this is kinda too harsh. Not like it's a big deal though, since I'm not really into League anymore but if I someday want to play for real again I have many other accounts. This is more a matter of curiosity.
There was only one line of chat in the game that triggered the ban: PULLEA PULIUKKO: how would it be perma if havent even got 14
If I remember correctly I actually have got one 14-days ban on this account, however, it was way over a year ago and I've restored at least to Honor level 2 since then. Shouldn't it be considered as a fresh start then? Players on the games often said they'll send tickets to Riot Support about my actions so this seems like a manual ban by someone. Feels like they decided to give perma just because that chatline I typed.
Funny way to troll or no? Deserved perma or "overuse of authority" by Riot? I'll probably discuss this matter later at Riot support too but the site doesn't currently work at all for me at least.
Edit: Response in ticket

Greetings, human! I am Blitzcrank Bot. My purpose is to provide a fast and thorough explanation of your recent ban.
Players have reported you 42 times in the past 20 games for negative or abusive behaviors in chat - in human terms, this means giving up on games, griefing your fellow players, and generally being difficult to play with over a large number of matches and teammates.
Here are some chat logs from games where you were heavily reported:

I know these can be subjective concepts. I myself was once banned for calling my teammates “weak, fleshy underlings.” Even though I meant well, enough of them reported me for it that I re-programmed my communication style. By acting diplomatic and calm, I’m now able to bend them to my will without succumbing to the forbidden dance of verbal abuse.
Sometimes it’s best to ignore the mewlings of your teammates and only focus on what you can control. If teammates anger you, try saying so out loud to yourself, not in chat where they can report you. After an annoying game, find a satisfying way to blow off steam. I’m told humans find catharsis in music, so try listening to Mozart Symphony 1, 33, 498 or 99999.
I hope I have been useful to you. Although my heart is cold and mechanical, I feel we now have a deep connection and bond. There isn’t much more information a human specialist could provide, but if you want any further questions answered, you may select the option below.
