Am I blocked??

How do I know if someone blocked me, me and him are in the same club and I can see that hes in a game. When I try to add him has a friend his name doesn't pop up as sent friend requests, it tells me it has been sent but doesn't show up . Also if I am blocked will my msg show up for him in the club or no? The entire block system vague to me since a lot of the questions about it are on an older client so the answer isn't relevant.

(and on lol king i can still see his match history, not sure if that helps)
