Heimerdinger turret shots [GAMEPLAY]

So about 2 weeks ago I was mid and I was playing against a , and I walked into his range of turrets. They attacked me, even when I was out of range. It lasts about a minute each time and repeats itself. Its kind of like the turret glitch where the laser will always be pointing at last champion hit.
