The new instant feedback system is a complete joke

This is what just got me a 15 day suspension when a trolling Ryze and Wukong went bot and decided not to leash me as jungle. We practically begged them to play something viable bot and they assured us they would carry hard, so we trusted them. When the game began they obviously started feeding. Now I know some of you might be more passive than me but I know I'm not the only one who doesn't like to have 30 mins of his time wasted by some inconsiderate people who take joy in angering other people. How is this tribunal system fair? It's like only punishing the person who punches someone after being berated with insults. That's not how it works in real life so why does Riot think it's a good way to handle things on here?
