This game has the most toxic community ever (I'm guilty of being toxic) and it's definitely affecting other people. I saw someone else complain about how you he got punished for leaving a game because someone was being really offensive. I get a few games where I want to dodge because someone locked in a troll pick but I can't because this game just loves to dish out low priority queue timers. I think it's just so stupid that the reporting system is really ineffective. There's people that want to report you for feeding or trolling but, for some reason, it somewhat works. (You get a message, whatever) I've only ever gotten one of those notifications telling me action has been taken and that was long ago.

I'll probably get a load of hate comments, as usual, but I want to stay open minded. These were just my thoughts.

tl;dr toxicity makes me wanna dodge but I can't ;p

Having to deal with a 4v5 is an extremely frustrating experience for your team, and dodging can be abused to artificially pad your win rate if there's no penalty; Low Priority Queues are just something that has to be there, sorry. Sometimes you have to suck it up and play a role or with/against a champion you don't like. For toxic chat you should utilize the Mute button when necessary, and trolls the best way to take care them is by reporting them after a game.

The system is very good at filtering out false reports. It's extremely unlikely you'll get punished if you were not intentionally feeding, trolling, and were not being toxic. Don't worry about their reports, just focus on the game and don't engage toxic behavior in a negative manner (it just makes it worse).

That's because you only get a notification when your report triggered the punishment. If your report is accurate it'll still contribute to a case against them, and if they continue their behavior they can get punished later, but you won't be notified.

You know, this is going to get downvoted because we have people who have the "suck it up mindset", so be prepared. I do agree, however, this community is by far the shittiest in any game ever.

Feeders make me wanna leave normals but I can't so while toxicity may ruin games you can just mute but you can't ignore the 8/0 enemy swain....
