Taunting or Tilting [in low ELO]

I'm REALLY irritated with people in bronze and low silver climbing by being scummy and getting other players in trouble.

I'm NOT SAYING that players shouldn't be punished for being toxic, but when the player is being harassed or tilted by an enemy (or teammate), there should be a separate rule...

Some players are just naturally loud and enjoy spamming and typing in chat but when they are specifically harassing ONE enemy, and that enemy responds negatively, I DO NOT Think it is fair when the responding player is punished...

To make this more simple to understand, I think the people (mostly in low ELO's) that consistently taunt other players should receive small punishments ex; 5 games of reduced messages (banned all chat), temporarily banned all chat

Things of this sort would be helpful... I notice this way more than I should when one player spams 'rekt' or something like "You're bad!" and 3 more players followup with "^" in chat... It can be stressful.

Putting their OWN team or setting BOTH teams against a player is really irritating and honestly it feels more like bullying than trolling.

What I do before every single game in ranked is just /mute all. It helps a lot, nothing in chat will tilt you because there's nothing for you to see in chat. You can use pings to communicate, and best of all, it helps you just focus on your own gameplay. You'll gradually improve if you just focus on your own play, and thus climb.

In your options you can turn off all chat... Do this.
