Account From normal status to perma banned right away

IGN "Fiora Rekt You" eune server. I woke up, played two games in which I had the same person on my team.. he tilted me so hard that I flamed and said mean things I shouldn't have said. So he promises me I'll get banned. Next thing I know the client shuts down after the match and when I login I get a message saying suspended for 14 days, so I click "I understand" and login one more time cause I was in shock. This time, a new message appeared saying "Account permenantly suspended". I am so broken down atm. I've spend a LOT of time on this game and it means a lot to me. I have never before even gotten a chat restriction let alone a suspension and now all of a sudden I got perma banned. I check my email for a message but nothing. I admit that I was 100% toxic this match. I was. But, I am the opposite of toxic in more than 90% of my games and I tend to get friend requests after each match due to my positive attitude. Sometimes things go out of hand... but that is soooo rare. So to get my account from normal status to insta perma banned just completely crushed me. I hope this is a mistake of some sort or if not, I hope to at least give me a chance. Suspend me for 14 days if you will... I accept that, just not perma... I promise I won't even speak at all during matches if you want me to. I sincerely apologize for today's action but I don't think I deserve a perma ban, especially when it is my first time. Please if anyone from riot support is reading this, I urge you to look into the problem. I am not making this up. Thanks a lot for your time. Sorry for the wall of text. :/
