I don't know how many times my computer has frozen or power goes out and I get a leaver-buster for it! Is there anyway to contest against the mediocrity that is this crap. I never intentionally leave a game, but when my computer needs to be restarted cause it froze like really! what kind of crap is this?
Whether it's intentional or not, it's something caused on your end and effects the other players just the same. Riot does not remove Leaver penalties, so you need to take steps to fix recurring power issues, your computer, or avoid whatever the issue might be. If you're unable or unwilling to fix it and continue to play while it happens then you'll continue to get increasing Low Priority Queues (up to 20 minutes for 5 games). https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752714-LeaverBuster-FAQ

That sounds like a you problem, not Leagues. get a better computer, get more reliable power. But if you came here looking for a solution that was a silly decision.
