Please excuse my excessive uses of "gross" and "ew" for those are basic words i use to describe something that i dont agree with, like with something like malphite isnt broken which i guess he kinda isnt but thats not what i thought in this case scenario. I know i used a word like n* or faot which is completely not allowed in this game and shouldnt be used against your teammates or the enemy team. But i used that word once that whole game and realized that it was a huge mistake and although the word faot isnt the best language to use, not to mention i used that word only twice i think, it is always said anywhere and nothing happens. Also this was an ARAM game i was playing, so its basically a game mode where people just wanna chill with there friends and try new champs. Please help, i dont normally talk like this, but looking back at this i feel like a chat ban for a lot of games or maybe even a few weeks ban would make a little more sense, also this is the very first time i have been banned for anything, ive never even had a warning for toxic behavior, this is the very first thing that i have gotten for something bad in League Of Legends history. Please anybody who has used that word in this game before dont use it for you will get permanently banned for saying it once, not chat banned.

I have fully typed out the F word before on accounts, and these were account I'd been toxic on from creation all the way up to lvl15 - lvl22 before I even got a 10 game restriction. I'd often go 15 extra games after calling someone this in game, with increasing toxicity and more depraved hate speech before I would be perma banned. I've had about 3 accounts that let me get to lvl20 ish using insane and unacceptable speech patterns. I've also had smurfs where I play the opposite. No toxicity, positivity, compliments to my allies, boost their morale if they make a bad play, I show sympathy for the enemy team, and give the enemy a well earned WP when they manage to gank or take me out. And I've been on what seems like low priority chat restriction for 50 games.

It's hillarious. I've created hand's down no math needed bare mininum 20 smurf accounts, and I can find no consistancy on how or why Riot decides to act on its abuse cases. For what it is worth, you didn't deserve a perma ban for that chat log.

Permanent bans are not something that normally happens over a first offense, it takes multiple reports over several games and usually other past warnings, this chat log in particular the racial and homophobic slurs were the clear issues, not the use of words such as "eww" or "gross", however you also display quite a negative attitude in your chat logs which was likely a contributing factor towards your account being banned.

There really is no reason to be using this sort of language in a public forum, remember, when you are typing you aren't typing to bots, you are addressing another person playing the same game as you, whose experience you could be negatively impacting. If you do feel the need to address someone another players performance in game or their choices, make an effort to be constructive. This will not only reduce the chances of your account getting banned but you may find that players are more responsive and willing to try to do better or work with you towards winning the game, therefore improving your gaming experience as well.

I feel like RIOT should just use chat bans. They work better. I dont understand why a ban on the account is necessary if its just a chat offense. Remove their ability to chat. Problem solved.

Personally this shouldn't warrant a permaban if and only if this was your first time using it. Despite racial/homophobic slurs not being tolerated this makes me think that not only did you use it excessively, but you more than likely also used it during post/pre game chat as those are not put in the chat logs. I would suggest contacting support for more evidence or at least show us the other 2 games they should have sent!

You used used an offensive slur twice and one that was fully censored so dont even know what it is.

I wouldn't perma ban this at all if this was your first offense. If your ass tho got nailed several times before for stuff like this then yeah you could get perma banned. You use some language that riot hates but its nothing really super bad. And yeah I think RIot doesnt give a fuck anymore about stuff to do with toxcity and player behaviour. Me and 3 other friends have a banned account and NONE of us got a warning email, all these we're banned in the last 6 months. So it looks like it might actually be some problem that Riot doesnt care about when sending out warnings through email. We all sent in support tickets about the bans at the sametime. Different people from their support answered. We all asked the same thing. Said we got no warning emails and only got chat restricted and then perma banned. Guess what, WE ALL GOT THE SAME RESPONSE. The same exact response, no doubt they just copied and pasted it from their PC's. What a joke now they give anybody who asked about it canned responses.

I got 2 different people permaed for that this week. You should be permaed because gay and trans people kill themselves from that kind of bullying at a statistically high rate.
