My original account name was Controifreak thats with an i and i just got perma banned without a first offense out of the blue after an ARAM game. i was having fun with my friend and i really did say a lot of what some people might say mean things and i thought i was just joking around, but i didnt think they would take it this seriously. i have never been banned ever, whether its a chat ban or just a one day suspension. nothing... Please help. I have put in so much time and LOTS of money and effort into this account and have actually made it to daimond V. Now i am stuck playing on my lvl 24 smurf account and dont really feel like playing this game anymore. Please help, i would accept something like a chat ban or a few day ban for first offense because the only thing i did wrong that whole game was with the chat, as i did go 15/18/17 and did not troll, feed or AFK.

Can we get some chat logs or something, kinda hard to judge if you really deserve it without some kind of evidence of what you said.

If you were banned by the Instant Feedback System for chat offenses, you will have received a reform card with chat logs in your client and should get one in your email as well. Posting that will help us give you specific advice, though I can give you some general information without it;

There are 4 punishment tiers, but extremely offensive behavior may result in skipping multiple steps. This usually comes down to racist/phobic remarks or threats of violence. Other extreme behavior through gameplay such as cheating or intentionally feeding may result in escalated punishment as well (you'll never get a chat restriction for that).

If you were using what may be considered extremely offensive speech with your friend, I would recommend using a third party form of communication (such as Skype) to keep it out of in-game chat; even if you aren't speaking of or to the other players, it may be a problem for them and they could report it.

If you didn't receive a reform card or you think the punishment was an error, you can submit a Support Ticket for more information.

you get an warning when you click accept to the terms and conditions to use league of legends. in that wall of text is rule put forth by riot in which you have to abide by to use their game. it appears at every patch or update or when you 1st download the client. by clicking accept you agree and from that point forward they have the right to refuse service to any one based on any reason they listed that violates their terms of service. they are not obligated to give you any other warning. but riot is being nice by having a system that progressively gets more harsh the more you violate the terms. however they do not have to abide by that if they deem you behavior to be worthy of a ban at any point they reserve the right to do so.

what did you get banned for?

If you don't know then post the year you are banned until (should see it when you log in), that's actually a code and will tell us what you were banned for.

if it was for hate speech. and you had no prior offenses. submit a support ticket explaining your case. and they MIGHT reduce your punishment to a 14 day ban. if they do de escalate it. though i dont think they will. for the next 3 months. DO NOT TYPE, as the next valid report would permaban your account. regardless of how small the offense
