hack and baned

So I am was trying to fiend out what to do if your account been hack and banned. I stop playing the game for some time because of work. I tray logging on to my account and found out it was ban. I read the email saying because of 3rd party program I was banned. I Logo into league friend just now saw all this weird message from other people saying I sent theme and stuff. I was going put in a ticket for this but I did not see anything under ticket that would be for this kind of problem. I have already change my password.
