No more feedback report notifcation?
I used to get them regularly until it stopped. Is there a reason?

It's just always been inconsistent. Some people get them all the time (like you claim you did) and others almost never get them (like me lol)

It’s a dead system that riot use to make you think they actually care. They don’t even pretend anymore. Report problems to a bot ie recycle bin...
on this account i used to get like one or two a month at most, but lately on a new account i get them like 3-4 times a week
