My account is disabled can riot pls help

I don't know why it was banned. The user name was gvtest58.

I have three accounts, two of which I use to play /practice/smurf on.

My main account , skt savagestano ( posting from it now ) has over 2,000$ spent. My second account, infested archon has over 100$ spent. My old perma ban account, "savastano" had over 500 spent.

But those accounts are not the one in questions. I'm referring to my newest one, GVTEST58, which has something like 20-40$ spent.

With managing four accounts and this much money on your game it is EXTREMELY hard to keep track of my purchases ( hell, your history section doesn't even show all if I wanted too) , and In the questionnaire to unlock the account, it asks questions that are impossible to remember.

I don't write down all purchases. I don't remember what I've purchased. What I can tell you is , the info in the ticket which I feel is enough. I haven't even been given a reason to why its disabled?

I'd like to point out, I use gvtest at times to mystery gift , and I did let my cousin play on it who's in the military and moves around a lot. ( which riot told me is not allowed , and I will stop immediately.)

I am just looking to see if there anything I can do at all here I have some information, but I guess you want specific dates on purchases, first champions bought etc. It is nearly impossible to remember this stuff. Especially since four accounts worth of info and constant gifting, unlocking , refunding, playing, etc.
