Honestly would love to know why instead of perma ban, why not perma chat ban ? /rant insde PLS READ

seriously it sucks to see all these people who wanna play your game but are now out hundreds of dollars/time/effort all over people TROLLING IN A GAME YOU LET THEM TROLL IN! Have you ever thought your not doing enough to prevent trolls? Legit can have a jinx with windspeakers blessing playing support going full AP and he cant be reported because " hes trying something new and innovative" but yet, he feeds 0-15 while not AFK'ing but actually playing just doing awful in a ranked atmosphere and gets off free. Of course thats gonna incite some rage in us. its bullshit.

You let things like that happen, and we get full LP losses for someone going AFK after the 5 minute mark. you let Smurfs happen. Playing new champs in ranked. It all brings negativity + bad atmosphere. You legit let masters/challenger players create bronze 5 accounts if they want and let them go 100-0 in a game if they please( i know what youre going to say IT WILL BALANCE OUT AND THEY CANT DO IT FOR LONG) (ACCOUNTS ONLINE ARE 5$ ... ITS NOT HARD). Thats disgusting. So yeah we get mad, and you know WHAT ? WE SHOULD GET MAD. We play your game, buy your skins, and donate our time here. Week after week , month after month, year after year. What about us elitests that want a premium style queue? a better option? What do we get ? Why not pure solo queue? Why not a monthly fee for ENHANCED MATCHMAKING SYSTEMS? Why not a PHONE VERIFICATION FOR RANKED ACCOUNTS. WHY NOT DO NTHINGS OTHER COMPANIES DO THAT WORK WELL TO MAKE GOOD MATCH MAKING?

Instead? We play?> For what? Lackluster client with modest features? Horrible chat bans for minimal/moderate toxicity?

I completely get the bans for horrible stuff, Gay slurs, racial slurs, the word cancer, etc. But you know what the game is rated T for teen, and yould could black list those words from not existing in chat period. But - Honestly go hang around a high school and talk to 16 year olds, even 17 18 year olds. They all say things like they do in these games. Not to mention that in this game , they are forced to waste 35 minutes of their time if they dont want to dodge/ get afk banned because of people that do awful things in game just to lose on their 3rd account or whatever else.

I legitly had a Xayah support a few games back who sold her support item didnt ward didnt support at all and build full AD at like 10 minutes in.

IVe had windspeaker jinx with exhaust and ap runes build AP did awful cost us the game.

IVe had things like the "singed support with smite " that you now are almost banned him for. I've had people in silver triyng to tank MMR and lose intentionally or throw late in game so they can tank MMR and get bronze. ive had smurfs that are on my team, and or against my team actually abusive in chat not caring because accounts are so cheap + they can get away with it.

All these things wasting my time, 9 other peoples times, for a RANKED GAME. Why couldnt you make SOLO Queue, a pure SOLO environment. IT would get rid of premade toxicity, smurfing, alot of trolling.

Why wouldnt you just allow people to submit a ticket + request PERMA CHAT REMOVAL ? perma ban chat? Instead of 500 ~ dollars spent down the drain? Why not Save people the time and money instead of coming across as a greedy, money hungry company. You release skins weekly, thats cool, i buy them. I have over 2500 spent total on my accounts. I have had 5 accounts total. MY first one got banned after spending 500. This was AS you were in process of changing your rules on toxicity, they werent even posted anywhere at that time and i got banned. Whatever, i still play. But i got a chat ban for calling a jinx a retard and whatever else who feeds/ trolls/ ruins the game for everyone and im the bad guy. I dont get it. Some of us, hardcore gamers, are going to get passionate about losing a game we SHOULD OF WON when WE ARE TRYING OUR HARDEST AND 1 person ON A TEAM CAN RUIN IT. Hey riot, Ever get in a series and get trolled? I have . Ever get 0 lp and get demoted because of a afk? I have. Ever get to a series and have someone lose intentionally just because your in a series? I HAVE. EVER PLAY THE GAME ? I HAVE. AND I KNOW THE COMMUNITY SUCKS.

PLEASE FIX THE COMMUNITY's ISSUES WITH THE GAME SO THEY BECOME LESS TOXIC? IF i mute someone in game , i SHOULDNT SEE HIS PINGS. This infuriates me. THIS SEEMS SO DAMN BASIC!!!! IF I MUTE SOMEONE AND REPORT HIM HE SHOULDNT BE GETTING ON MY TEAM OR IN NEXT GAME SO HE CAN CONTINUE TO TILT/ TORMENT PEOPLE.

I saw a few posts back you banned someones account permanently, while he was in game. How stupid is that. You ruined 9 other peoples games, and he was toxic too. Instead of letting him finish out the game, 9 people suffered. Did they get their LP BACK for you ruining the game ? Did the other team get a free win? Is that fair ?

I just dont understand... YOU ARE A BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION> HOW CAN YOU NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO IMPROVE THIS COMMUNITY?
