If you break the rules and brag about it should you still get punished

I have always wondered why people abuse the system in League and then go to the websites forum boards to brag and admit to either inting, flaming and more. Is there actually no way to like deal with that at all or there is and you just don't hear about it much?

never gonna happen. streamers flame and brag about it all time and nothing happens while riot swims in money

bragging outside of the game? no, only way to deal with it is don't read/watch it

The person doing it rarely posts on or reveals their account (on these boards they'd post on a low level alt). Not really a way to ban them.
