How To Get Out Honor Level 0

Hello, I got dropped to honor 1 from 3 twice and then got honor level 0 after a 14 day ban. People who were lower ranks than me who called me a troll or fed I retaliated against by saying things like "im better than you, you're just silver 2" and stuff like that (almost always to the enemy team that talks trash). Now that I am unbanned and have been playing more often again, how do I get out of honor 0? I don't say anything in chat most of the time anymore and am not really "toxic". I've been at checkpoint 1 of 3 for honor 0 for a while as well so I am confused. Am I supposed to go out of my way to compliment people all the time? It's really annoying being stuck at honor 0 at 1/3 for ages. Also, is there a chance at me getting back to "clean account" status ever again or am I permanently at 14 day status where 1 more punishment makes me permabanned?

An account never goes back to clean status.

Best way to climb up from dishonorable is to just be positive. It's really that simple.

A little bit of encouragement or praise to a teammate can go a long way.

If you mute and don't type eventually you'll move up, but this takes a very long time, as confirmed by Riot on a thread now deleted by the OP who got the advice to begin with.

If you want honors back you must be neutral to positive for this to happen quicker. Also note that not playing on the account strands it where it is. GL

If it's the enemy team where you find yourself getting into trouble, consider turning off /all chat (there's a checkbox in Options). You won't see anything your opponents say and it'll block you from posting /all chat messages.

As far as teammates, there are three things that I've found very helpful to say: gj (good job), good kill, and ty (thank you). Just don't use them sarcastically ;)

best not to speak at all. people are very sensitive in this community. do what most streamers do. find some friends and voice chat.
