You know the drill (chat logs) (what did i do wrong?)

So I understand some of this is bad but being honest no cursing was used against players and i dont see why it calls for a permanent suspension when i havent used the chat box since july.When i used the chat logs it was all today when i had a considerable amount of time of no toxic action and no text in general to avoid such a thing from happening.In game one i was having fun with the enemy team a grand old time, in game 2 jinx int fed 3 kills in the first 5 minutes to vayne and left i solemnly talked to her during it and tried helping her but had a moment of weakness when she left.I know i was reported in game one, my team said they were reporting me for talking to the enemies when my team outsed me from the start and refused to help when they were flaming me all game long.So riot are you honestly going to perma ban me for talking to the enemy team? Is that what this game has come down to where if you talk to enemies and try to have a good time you get the ban hammer?

You weren't banned because of saying fuck, or even for typing too much. Yours came from the normal escalation up the punishment tiers. You posted about a 14 day suspension just 2 months ago, and during those posts you mention specifically not being able to play a ton of matches. Which means you likely have not played enough games to work your account back into a positive standing. So you likely did not drop down to a lower punishment tier, and this recent reporting bumped you to the next tier. Which in your case, was the permanent suspension.

From the Instant Feedback System FAQs:

PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

The first match, there's a lot of arguing and some things that honestly seem a bit like griefing/trolling.

Even if she didn't leash you, not ganking a lane is a good way to set your team behind and doesn't help your team win.

Playing while on meds... even if you are on pain medication, there's no reason to tell your team this. All they will think is that you are high as a kite, and trolling them. This is the sort of thing lots of people report for.

Griefing and trolling. Why would you ask for the Herald buff only to waste it by dropping it in your own fountain? I would have reported you immediately for this.

So your team already thinks you aren't trying to win the match, then you go and say that you aren't even trying to attack the enemy team. This sort of comment is fine if you are queued up with only friends, and they know you are joking. You might even get away with it if your team is winning and you are on very good terms with them. But if you've been arguing with your team all match, then saying things like this makes it sound like you really aren't trying to win. As does the constant advice to the enemy jungler. While I personally like having an exchange with the enemy player in my role, there's a time and a place for it. During the match when it could be construed as "helping the enemy team" is not the place for it. If you're stomping the match? That's one thing, but if the match isn't so cut and dried, or if your team is losing, then you might end up costing your team the win by giving the enemy that one bit of advice. Another time that you can do it is right at the end of a match. Either just before a nexus drops, or in the post-game lobby. Post game lobby is a great place for it, if the player is still around after the match. Then, there is no chance of it affecting the outcome of the match, and there's no chance of it pissing off your team.

Okay, so in your summary above you described this match as "i solemnly talked to her during it and tried helping her." This is not solemn. This is not helping. The very first thing you say to her is all-caps yelling that Jinx can't be played anymore, and that she's going to lose. And you continue to yell at her, insult her, insult the champion she played, and complain about her to the rest of the team. Was she right for rage quitting? No. But you were toxic to her.

And the rest of the match, you continued to complain about her in all chat. These types of comments are not necessary, and when you continue to harp on the actions of one player, berating them, you become toxic. Does it make it non-toxic because Jinx wasn't in the game anymore? Nope. The rest of your team still had to deal with listening to it, until they muted.

All of that is arguing with/yelling at the Sejuani because she locked in jungle. Even if you are angry with someone for autolocking, there is no reason for all of this. Report them if you must, but sheesh. Don't spend all this time yelling at them. Your team doesn't deserve to have to deal with it.

This is just so much negative, blaming, and complaining. Especially after you've spent that much time bitching at them, to ask for help, and to not even ask nicely....

And still MORE complaining.... This entire match was spent complaining at the Sejuani. As much as you went after you, you shouldn't be surprised that you were reported. You can't expect to harass a teammate all match and not be reported for it.

Way too much random slightly aggressive chat spamming, kind of borderline though.

It looks like more of a slap on the wrist to tell you to play the game instead of non-constructively type.
