Lower levels are insanely toxic

You know how Riot sends out feedbacks if you would recommend this game to anyone else? Yeah i would never.

Just so recently started playing on lower level account (27lvl) with my gf that is lvl 11 and the amount of toxicity at those levels, is insane. If people are raging this badly and super,extremely toxic and racist at the start of their journey, what will happen in SoloQ? I think those who are this toxic at the start of their account should be permabanned on spot, so if they want to play again, they would have to create a new account and play without being toxic, cause if they do flame at lvl10, they should be banned again.

At those levels there also super toxic 'reformed' players that do nothing but vent out on newcomers. Gold,Silver and Plat players coming to low level accounts to shittalk absolutely anyone who makes a mistake. I would and WILL NEVER recommend this game to anyone dear to me. I can understand to some degree someone being passionate in SoloQ and rages, but fucking lvl10 raging around and being toxic in norms?

Nah homie, not gonna happen. The system is absolute joke at lower levels when it should be more harsh. What does someone have to rage about at newcomers who just started playing League. Seeing someone telling my girl to kill herself or anyone else in my team?

These are JUST FEW insults i have seen in JUST couple of days. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I repeat i will never let anyone dear to me, near this awful system, awful super toxic environment. I said it before, i can understand someone raging in SoloQ cause he wants to win, but freaking lvl 10 account over here being racist af?

So, because you are playing on a smurf, your mmr is most likely inflating the games you and gf find. As a result you are seeing people with new accounts after they got a perm ban.

riot can't prevent anyone from making any number of accounts

If Riot could reliably ban them, Riot would have already reliably banned them the first time.

Besides, banning people is what grouped all the toxic people in with the new players to begin with.

Toxicity it seems is a two-way problem. One is the negativity that pervades the chat and play in game - and the other is that the negativity is created by a combination of ego and actual bad play (or at least play that doesn't go the way another person expects).

Lower levels will always have the combination of unrealistic expectations and overreacting to teammates' errors. 90% of the toxicity could be solved if people stopped, took a deep breath and realized that there is only so much that you as a single player in the game can do. But that's probably never going to happen at least for some. The game will always be plagued by its share of FPS Doug's.
