You can report them but it won't do anything. Reporting doesn't equal punishment. Keep it up if it makes you feel better though.
You might want to calm down on the spamming board posts. They're neither funny nor really adding anything to whatever point your trying to make.

well of course it wont do anything. heaven forbid garbage players get kicked off ranked. who would be left to play with :D [slayer-jinx-wink]
