A random vs. premade team

Well so i was went yi top for a team builder game and when i got into the game i was dancing top and then all 5 people from their team were in the bush and killed me. I wasnt really mad but i was like the heck, and after they killed me they got the first tier tower in less then 1 minute and pushed onto the second tier turret, they got that down in 2 minutes. My team told me dont worry just defend top and we will win mid and bot, they didnt. I couldnt 1v5 it was ridculous, and then my team started calling the enemy team tryhards and i agreed. They got the 3rd tier tower 5 minutes later, i had no fun that game, and after i obviously lost my lane my team started flaming at me saying report yi and yi sucks. At that point I gave up because they made this game suck and i didnt know what to do. They said everyone was gonna report me and that i was a tryhard ( i dont know how). We ended up losing (obviously) but i ended up getting hated from everyone for no reason. What should i do rito?
