Toxicity in this game

I really, really, REALLY would like someone from Riot to look at the game I just played...

In lobby, our first pick goes Jayce. He's jungle. Okay, fine. He says he thought he was mid and that Jayce jungle is NOT good, so I'm guessing he can't do it. Fine. He asks for mid lane. Our Fizz says "no", he asks for adc, the adc picks Ashe and says no. I'm last pick and switch from Blitz to Shyvana and tell him he can just go supp Jayce and build into a carry later on... Legit, right?

Jayce says no, takes smite... AFTER I've picked Shyvana and offered to help.

We get to the loading screen... Fizz has smite. Game starts, Fizz follows Jayce around, I decide to go bot anyway to try and salvage what I can down there... Ashe tells the enemy team to report me for keeping smite (when I couldn't change due to last second of them taking smite). Fizz starts inting. Jayce keeps begging and saying he's jungling. Enemy Vi starts dropping "n***er"s in the all chat. Enemy Ekko calls everyone monkeys.

This is the 4th time this season that I've made it to my series for Gold, and then had nothing but trolls and toxicity.

Do you all not ban anymore? Is it too much to ask that the community here stops acting like children? I don't run into this stuff very often with any other multiplayer game, but LoL... it's almost every single game.
