How is this shitty system fair when you're provoked and you lash out to defend yourself and there is some fucking NWO Riot tribunal who acts as a judge on your behavior? This is a trend happening in the United States in general and not only in this game. And when they send you your text it doesn't include the things the other people were saying they only send you a copy of your own words with no context of the situation. I just lost all my friends because of this stupid fucking Nazi company who tries to play thought police and mold people's behaviors. I'm going to go out on a limb and warn you kids that when someone tries to control your speech it's only the beginning. It may start on a video game but this is how they begin to train you like dogs so that you cannot express yourself. It maybe start in a game but it then moves on to real life. There are language filters and the ability to mute people yet they still have this fucking military style TRIBUNAL like if it were fucking Guantanimo Bay... where they send you only a transcript of your own words without any context of what the other parties were saying. I'm telling you right now you're being trained to be little emotionless zombies. I lost all my friendslist and money spend on skins over some fucking WORDS TYPPED IN A FUCKING CHAT. FUCK RIOT.

According to Riot my 4 year account got deleted by these two apparently atrocious chats were so bad it makes me 0.006% of the people who are so bad that they get their accounts deleted. THERE IS NO FUCKING CONTEXT TO THE CHAT THAT THEY CAN ASCERTAIN A FUCKING JUDGEMENT. Half of the things here are self deprecating jokes on myself. This chat is apparently so bad that I'm in the top 0.006% of all players supposedly so toxic.

These stupid chats are enough to flush a fucking 5 year old account down the toilet. They are so vile that I am of 0.006% of the "community" that they feel deserves a permanent ban. There is absolutely no damn context here to even be judging me on... like the "SHUT UP" in the chat was something that people laughed at because I was acting it out playfully as if I were mad. I've seen people saying thing 100x worse and I get them every game.

You have to really go out of your way to continue your toxic behavior after a 10 game chat ban, and then a 25 game chat ban, and then a 14 day ban.

At that point you have nobody to blame but yourself.

First off, let's just dispel one thing right away. You can not go about associating a company that set up rules (that you agreed to abide by in order to play this game) saying you can't use slurs in chat and telling you to "Get out, we don't want you playing our game if this is how you wish to behave", with a regime that put people into death camps, and expect others to take you seriously.

Second off, if this is how you acted in just 2 games, and how you react in response to receiving a completely justified ban, then I'm willing to bet that there are other matches just like those two where your behavior was not any better.

I will give you a legit answer, and not some riot acolyte copy paste shit. You don't have to be a robot to not flame, as a matter of fact, it's what mature people do. You clearly aren't mature enough to see that there are consequences to your actions, and calling someone a homosexual slur over a game deserves this kind of punishment.

with a 3 month wait between the 4 tiers of chat ban before they drop it down a level

The context doesn't matter because you have the option to remove context. It's called the mute button. "He started it!" Mute. "He was being salty so I was just defending myself!" Mute. They literally provided a button to shut out people you don't want to hear. No one can make you do anything. No one can make you be salty. Is someone threatening you or your loved ones if you don't flame back at people? Seriously man, look at the facts. It's not being a robot, it's being the bigger person.
